Supreme
Story
Supreme Builders did not begin as Supreme Builders.
It’s story starts in 2004, when Calavera Garcia launched his own framing company in Central Ohio. In those early years, the company helped build the growing suburbs of Columbus, providing rough carpentry labor for single-family homes. Before long, his oldest son joined the business, and together they laid the foundation for what would become something far greater.
As the company grew, so did its reach. What began in single-family residential construction expanded into multifamily housing, where the team continued to build its reputation through disciplined execution and dependable rough carpentry labor. In 2012, his three younger sons joined the company, stepping into a business that had become fully focused on multifamily projects.
By 2016, the work had grown again. The team began contributing to larger, mixed-use developments, including projects at Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio. In 2018, to support continued expansion, they began subcontracting labor — growing from a 30-person operation to 100 people by 2022.
But for one of the brothers, growth was never only about size.
Oscar always knew he wanted more. Driven by ambition, shaped by self-development, and inspired by a deep interest in real estate, he came to see construction differently. He realized that the path to financial freedom, meaningful impact, and generational legacy was not simply through participating in projects, but through building a company capable of shaping communities at scale.
That vision became Supreme Builders.
Through mentorship, coaching, and relentless discipline, Oscar transformed years of field experience into what Supreme Builders is today: a company that develops growth and opportunities by building millions of housing units nationwide.
What began as a framing operation has evolved into a construction partner delivering both labor and material across key scopes including framing, roofing, siding, windows, and doors – the full exterior envelope for commercial residential projects.
Today, Supreme Builders stands as more than a construction company. It is a legacy in motion – built on leadership, united by purpose, and driven by the belief that growth is created when people build something greater than themselves.

We operate with an in-house OSHA-certified trainer and conduct our own safety training programs. Every employee, subcontractor, and crew member is required to be OSHA-trained. No exceptions.
Our Safety system is built into everything we do, with structured safety protocols, consistent equipment inspections, and jobsite safety incentives that drive accountability and performance.
